(06 08 24) Metis Nation of Ontario Client Unit Installed

A client unit was installed to provide new service to the Metis Nation of Ontario facilitating video conferencing over the K-Net Network and a North Network site for Telehealth. The local technician and regional technician worked with K-Net to setup new IP addresses and run cable from the roof. The building was particularly challenging because it is circa 1900 and is two buildings together with plenty of 4' thick concrete interior walls. An introductory video conference was conducted over the K-Net bridge. A mental health program will be beginning soon using the Telus IDoc cart.
