Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation (NOHFC) Youth Internship
Location: Thunder Bay, Ontario Term Position: 1 Year

The intern will coordinate online economic development workshops and manage research projects. Maintain websites and support video conferencing activities. Assist with community visits, interviews and surveys. Draft and submit proposals. Data analysis, reporting and prepare presentations. This is a training and work experience program funded in part by NOHFC.

Qualifications
1. Recent graduate of IT, Business or related program from an accredited college or university with technical background.
2. Must have graduated from a northern Ontario high school.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
5. Demonstrated knowledge of online applications, Microsoft Office and Wordperfect Suites.
6. Demonstrated project management and mentoring skills.
7. Ability to speak Oji-Cree, Ojibway or Cree is an asset.
8. Must be 29 years of age or under.
