Open house for Pauingassi and Little Grand Rapids May 2011
Donald accompanied the MNR's Lee Gerrish and Leah gold to Manitoba First Nations for an open house for both Pauingassi on May 10 2011 and Little Grand rapids on May 11 2011 for their land use plan the communities wanted to share with their respective communities, in Paunigassie they were treated with a youth group dressed in regalia for a pow-wow in the community center. Pauingassie's land use plan is called "land of fairwind" named after one of the last shamen in the far north.
