Keewaytinook Okimakanak Research Institute
Location: Negotiable Term Position: 10 weeks

Key Responsibilities
Managing video content including filming, editing & posting. Working with video archives, web streaming and video equipment to provide easy to view videos to First Nations audiences in Northern Ontario. Assisting the technical team with troubleshooting and maintaining websites. Assisting the KORI team with other duties as required. Funded in part by HRSDC.

Qualifications
1. Must be enrolled in high school or secondary & intend to return to school full-time.
2. Experience working with Video Editing Suites
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
5. Ability to learn and contribute to an evolving digital office environment including the use of video conferencing, IP Telephones and posting files & news online.
6. Ability to speak Oji-Cree, Ojibway or Cree is an asset.
